How It Works:
Book Your Free 30-Minute Intro Session
- This is our first conversation to see if we’re the right fit.
- You can share what you're looking for and ask any questions.
- If we decide to move forward, I’ll guide you through the next steps.

Complete the Self-Referral Form (Before Your First Full Session)
- After your intro session, if you’d like to continue, you’ll complete a short form.
- This gives me the information I need for our sessions, including safeguarding details.
- Once completed, you can book your first full session.
- 👉 Complete the Self-Referral Form
Book Your Full Counselling Sessions
- When you're ready to start therapy, we can agreed a regular date and time that works for us both.
In person sessions are at Chapter House, 84a High Street, West Malling, Kent, ME19 6NE
